2. Opening Reflection : “How has the job search impacted your confidence lately”
A guided reflection to help participants identify what is currently impacting their confidence and motivation in their job search.
3. Interactive Activity - Confidence Check-In
Exploring how self-doubt, fear of rejection, comparison, and overthinking influence the way we apply, network, and show up professionally.
4. How Confidence Behaviours Show Up on LinkedIn in Real Time
Real examples of how internal confidence patterns affect LinkedIn presence, visibility habits, communication, and professional positioning.
5. The “Showing Up” Mindset Shift + Practical LinkedIn Visibility Insights
Simple and practical ways to build confidence through small visible actions, authentic networking, and stronger professional presence.
6. Navigating Rejection, Silence & Uncertainty with More Self-Trust
Reframing rejection, managing emotional overwhelm during job search, and learning how to stay grounded and resilient.
7. The “Confidence Through Action” Plan
